You’re not tall, you’re average!

beautifulhikari:

Don’t you just hate when girls 5’6-5’8 complain about being tall?! I sure as hell do! I swear I just want to yell, “No bitch, no! You’re not tall, you’re fucking average!!” I’m tall, I’m 5’11. Compared to me you’re short. You wear heels and you’re my height, give or take an inch or two. I’m a good 6’3 in four inch heels, 6’5 in six inch heels. I think they do it for attention.

I'm 5'11 and 17. It's nice to know that I'm not the only tall person that feels this way! Haha. Keep up with the posts!

Sorry we’ve been a little AWOL lately, but hopefully we’ll be coming back with some new posts for you soon!

Glad you’re enjoying the blog! Don’t forget to submit!! :D

I love this blog, makes me feel like I'm not the only tall girl in this world, because it feels like it at the moment haha :L I'm 17 and 6f 3 nearly 6ft 4 and all my friends are like a foot shorter than me. I kid you not.

Hahaha, all my friends are shorter than me too. Thats one of the disadvantages of being tall - I always feel like I stick out in the crowd. But trust me, you’re not alone!! :)

PLEASE I REALLY NEED HELP !!!!!! Ok hi. I’m 6ft1, 16yrs and only 125lbs (fast metabolism) and my prom is going to be next year. I would really like to wear a long dress because I really don’t like the way my legs look and i have REALLY small ankles. I would really like to have the name of some websites or designers that make prom dresses that can go to a good floor length for my height. Please help I know prom is next year but i would really like this info now…

Hi!
I don’t know of any websites, but I can tell you from experience that It isn’t too hard to find long prom dresses. Most dresses are made extra long so shorter girls can have them hemmed to a proper length for them. I am 5’10” verging on 5’11” (only 2-3 inches shorter than you) and I still wore a size 0 without needing any alterations. My dress was floor length.
My advice to you would be to just shop around! Department stores like Dillards and Macy’s normally have a really good selection for a lower price, but you might have a harder time finding something there. Check out places around you such as bridal shops or specialty prom shops. The prices tend to be higher, but a lot of them have sale racks or seasonal specials so check them out.

Anyone else have advice for this tall lady?? :)
